02 Account Registration

- Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is your responsibility. hei baji is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing them with others.
- Hei baji may request a national ID or other documents at any time for identity verification purposes.
Important: After registration, email or mobile number verification is mandatory. Without verification, deposit and withdrawal access may be restricted.
03 Deposit & Payment
Hei baji supports the popular mobile payment methods available in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method. Please check the applicable limits before making a deposit.
- Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there's a delay due to a technical issue, please contact customer support.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Payments from third parties are not permitted.

Warning: Deposits made from another person's account or an unidentified source will be voided, and the account may be subject to investigation.
04 Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from hei baji:
- Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- A minimum withdrawal amount applies. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days. VIP members are eligible for same-day withdrawals.
- Withdrawing bonus funds requires the relevant wagering conditions to be met first.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold if fraud is suspected or if the verification process is incomplete.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

06 Betting Rules
The following rules are mandatory when placing bets on hei baji:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless hei baji decides otherwise.
- If an event is cancelled or results in a draw, the stake for that bet is generally refunded. However, different rules may apply in certain markets.
- Hei baji reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bets already confirmed will remain valid.
- Separate maximum win limits apply for single bets and parlay bets.

07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on hei baji and may result in permanent account closure:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Placing bets individually or in coordination with others for the purpose of exploiting bonuses (bonus abuse or arbitrage betting).
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of hei baji's systems.
- Opening an account with false information or concealing your identity.
- Using the hei baji platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Warning: If evidence of any prohibited activity is found, hei baji may close the account and forfeit all funds without prior notice.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
Hei baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of Terms & Conditions.
- Refusing to complete identity verification or providing false information.
- If suspicious financial activity is detected.
- If the user submits a self-exclusion request.
You may request to close your own account at any time. Any withdrawable balance remaining in your account (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you.
